Take nothing on faith.
Check everything.

The NIL problem is not that deals happen. It is that nobody outside the deal can check them. NIL33 answers with six layers, each with a public URL, each labelled with what is real today. A parent, a compliance office, a brand, a journalist, or a piece of software can verify a NIL33 record without asking us for anything.

Green is running and checked against the served response on the date above. Amber runs with a stated gap. Red is designed and waiting on something named. Nothing here is legal advice.
1

Public ledger real

Every Champion and Ambassador, the systems they endorse, the compensation type (flat fee or none), and the disclosure that applies. Published as a page and as an open machine-readable record any site or program can read. Names appear only after countersignature.

2

Signed records with a chain real

Each agreement is signed against a versioned document text. The record stores the document digest and a chain hash linking it to the previous record, so a record cannot be altered or inserted later without breaking the chain. The receipt page recomputes the chain live. Countersignature by UnyKorn publishes the ledger entry; nothing is public before that.

3

Signed athlete verification real, with a gap

Know Your Athlete issues a signed statement about a profile: who holds authority for a minor, whether the profile has been claimed, what the ledger says. The signing key is published under this domain, so a school or brand verifies the statement with no call to us. The gap: the government-ID step waits on a vendor, so no profile is "KYA Verified" yet and the assertion says so.

4

Metered access for software access real · payment path configured

Programs, platforms and compliance tools can read NIL33 records by software, per request, with a receipt and no account. The free version is rate-limited; the metered version is the same call without the limit. Access answers correctly today; the payment path is configured and not yet proven by a published settled request, so we say configured, not proven. The exact terms, prices and standards are on the developer page.

Who gets paid is on the public record real · self-registered

The account that receives payment for metered access is publicly registered under UnyKorn's name in a permanent public registry, with a public reputation record anyone can read or add to after a paid request. It is a self-registered identity, and nobody vetted UnyKorn by letting it register; it answers "who is being paid, and what have payers said" permanently. As of 2026-10-07 the public feedback count is zero, and we show ratings only once there are at least ten. We never seed our own.

Independent timestamping of agreements gated

Each countersigned agreement's fingerprint can be recorded with an independent public timestamp so a third party verifies it existed, unaltered, without asking us at all. Designed. Not switched on, pending a decision (flag F-21). Nothing on this site claims it is live. The same method already runs on the youth side: Live the Dream Athletics' archive is fingerprinted and anchored on a public record anyone can check, and UnyKorn publishes the method as an open standard (XXXIII) that a program, a brand or an athlete can use to lock in documents of their own. The technical detail is on the developer page.

state: ABSENT · depends on F-21 · the chained receipt in layer 2 is the interim answer
