NIL33 exists so that the one person at the table who has never read a contract, the athlete, and the parent standing next to them, get the same thing everyone else already has: a record nobody can rewrite, and the paperwork done on time.
A public record of athlete endorsements
Signed terms with a flat fee or none, a receipt that verifies itself, a public ledger entry after countersignature, and a report pack for the compliance office or the clearinghouse. Everything checkable without asking us.

Principles every agreement follows
Flat fee or none. A Champion is paid a flat fee for a term, disclosed on the ledger. An Ambassador is paid nothing and the ledger says so. Nobody is paid a commission or a share of any deal, ever.
Nothing tied to performance, school choice or outcomes. The agreement text does not allow it; the Shield flags it; the ledger would show it.
A guardian signs first under eighteen. No school marks or facilities. Nothing that depends on where the athlete enrolls.
Disclosure every time. Paid placements carry the disclosure the FTC requires; unpaid ambassadors are marked unpaid.
Only what the record verifies. No honor that the league's own records do not show. No number on this site without a source or the word UNVERIFIED. Corrections are published.
What is real today
Each card carries its state. Green is running and verified; amber runs with a stated gap; red is designed and waiting on something named. Nothing here is described as working that is not.
Champions & Ambassadors real
Signed agreements only. Flat fees or none, capped honoraria for introductions, no commissions. Rules and templates are public in Documents.
Public ledger real
Every Champion and Ambassador, what they endorse, the compensation type, and the disclosure used, as a page and as an open machine-readable record. Ledger.
Electronic signing real
Versioned document text, legal name, consent, a drawn signature, a hashed and chained record, a receipt that verifies live, countersignature before anything is published. Sign.
Claimed profiles real
Confirm once, from an account only you control, that a profile is yours. Nothing is bought, sold or moved. Claim your profile.
Know Your Athlete partial
Private profiles, guardian-first for minors, role evidence, signed verification statements for schools and brands, .nil names. The government-ID step waits on a vendor; no profile is "KYA Verified" until it exists, and the site says so. KYA.
Independent timestamping gated
Each countersigned agreement's fingerprint can be recorded with an independent public timestamp so a third party can verify it existed, unaltered, without asking us. Designed; switched on after a pending decision.
