Content license
Clear scope, duration, territory, paid-media rights, post-term takedown or renewal pricing.
Institutional NIL agreement
Tagged institutional; counts toward the school's cap; the athlete may have a parent, guardian, lawyer, or representative in negotiations (NCAA guidance).
Agent representation
Defined scope, term, fee calculation, termination right, prohibited conduct.
Guardian consent
Required for minors; guardian authority verified, time-limited, revocable.
