Contract Shield

Paste it before you sign it.

Contract Shield reads the text in your browser and flags the clauses that hurt athletes most. Nothing leaves your phone. It is a pattern check that tells you where to look and who to ask; it is not legal advice and it will miss things.

What happens when a flag fires

Review Required

On a NIL33 deal card, self-service signature is blocked; the original version is preserved; changes get a version log.

Who to ask

A parent or guardian, a lawyer, your school's compliance office, or a qualified reviewer. Every NIL33 athlete has the independent review right (Bill of Rights).

What NIL33 does not do

Interpret the contract, negotiate for you, or tell you whether to sign.
