NIL33 is a program of UnyKorn LLC (Wyoming). This notice covers the Know Your Athlete records, the endorsement ledger, signatures, and the app. It is written to be read, not skimmed.
What we collect

What we never do
Store ID documents
Government-ID images and numbers stay at the verification vendor. We keep a reference and the outcome.
Sell data
No sale, no sharing with brands or agents beyond the public fields you chose, no advertising profiles.
Move money or issue tokens
A wallet signature proves control; nothing moves.
Contact minors alone
Under 18, the guardian is verified first and is on every communication.
Your controls
Export
Your full record and event log, from your resume link (Step 8).
Correct
Email hello@nil33.com from the address on file; changes are logged.
Unlink wallet
Self-service, from your resume link.
Withdraw
Stops public resolution and suspends your name immediately; the audit trail is kept as the record of the withdrawal.
Delete
Ask hello@nil33.com; private fields are removed beyond what the withdrawal record needs and the law requires us to keep.
Retention
Signature records are kept for the life of the agreement plus the period counsel sets; private identity fields are minimized on withdrawal.
