Electronic signature

Read it. Sign it. Keep the receipt.

This is a real signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act and Wyoming's UETA: you consent to sign electronically, you type your legal name, you sign, and we record the exact document digest, the time, and a chain hash you can verify any time. The founder countersigns; only then does anything appear on the ledger.

What gets recorded

DocumentName, version, and SHA-256 of the exact text you saw. If the text changes later, your receipt still verifies against the version you signed.
YouLegal name, email, role, organization, code, who introduced you, the time, your drawn signature (image), and the network address the signature came from (kept private).
ChainEach record's hash includes the previous record's hash. Your receipt recomputes it live and says "chain intact" or not.
CountersignatureUnyKorn's managing member countersigns in the desk. Until then the record says "signed, awaiting countersignature" and nothing is on the ledger.
NotNot a notarization. Not a token. Nothing on a blockchain unless the founder turns on attestation (gated).
