NIL33 Ambassador terms (one page)

Status: template for counsel review. An Ambassador appears on the ledger only after these terms are signed by both sides.

1. Who. UnyKorn LLC (Wyoming), operating the Systems listed in the Champion Endorsement Agreement, Appendix A, and the Ambassador named below.
2. What. The Ambassador may use the approved lines (Appendix B of the Champion agreement), the badge, the tracked link and QR, the share card, and the creator kit to tell their own people to check before they send money and to use the case desk when it is too late.
3. Money. None. UnyKorn pays the Ambassador nothing, and the Ambassador pays UnyKorn nothing. No commissions, no revenue share, no per-lead payments, nothing tied to any client fee or recovered funds. This clause cannot be changed by side letter.
4. Disclosure. UnyKorn lists the Ambassador on the public ledger at nil33.com/ledger as "unpaid ambassador". The Ambassador states "unpaid ambassador for NIL33 / Blockchain Fraud" wherever the relationship is mentioned. If the Ambassador ever receives anything of value from UnyKorn, this becomes a Champion relationship and the Champion agreement applies.
5. Honesty. No recovery promises, no success rates, no "bank", "insured", "licensed", "guaranteed", no token or price talk, no honors that the league's or awarding body's own records do not verify. UnyKorn attributes nothing to the Ambassador that the Ambassador did not approve.
6. Name and likeness. UnyKorn may show the Ambassador's name and role as verified on the ledger and the Ambassador's own approved quote. No photo or video is used without a separate written photo license.
7. No exclusivity, no obligation. The Ambassador owes no deliverables and may support anyone else.
8. Ending it. Either side ends it with one email. UnyKorn removes the ledger entry and any material within ten business days.
9. Independence. The Ambassador is not an employee, agent, investigator, adviser, or licensee of any regulated function.
